The best way to proceed is to schedule a free 20-minute consultation. Our first meeting will help determine what kinds of support you need. This is not a therapy session but a discussion of your hopes and goals and to determine if I am the right person to support you and your family.

Coaching

Parent coaching: $200 an hour.

I charge $200 per 60-minute session. Coaching sessions may be held virtually or in person in my office in SE Portland.

Individual therapy

Individual therapy: $200

I charge $200 an hour for on-going therapeutic work with clients. For children 14 and under, a full session may be 45 minutes in therapy with the child and 15 minutes with the parent and child or the parent alone for a total of $200 for the hour-long session. I have an office in SE Portland or in person sessions or I can see clients virtually.

Meetings, home visits and school visits

School meetings: $250

I am available to attend school-based meetings for Individual Education Plans, 504 plans, and other school related meetings at a rate of $250 per meeting regardless of how long the meeting lasts.
